Quick answers for planners, vendors and visitors using My Celebration Plan.

What is My Celebration Plan?

My Celebration Plan is an online celebration-planning platform operated by SARAD RETAIL LLC. It combines free planning resources, account-based tools, paid interactive tools and printables, and a vendor marketplace.

What celebrations can I plan?

The Platform supports weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, Sweet 16s, graduations, anniversaries and custom celebrations.

Do I need an account to start?

Some resources are available without an account. An account is needed for saved planning workspaces and account-specific features. Registration lets you designate yourself as a planner or vendor.

What is the difference between an interactive tool and a printable?

An interactive tool is used online inside My Celebration Plan and may save or calculate information. A printable is a downloadable or print-ready product intended for offline use. Marketplace product cards identify the product type.

Do planner accounts require email verification?

Yes. Email signups receive an automatic verification link and must verify the account email before paid purchases and protected planner-account features are available. Google signup may satisfy this requirement when Google confirms the email as verified.

Are planner products subscriptions?

Planner products and bundles are generally offered as one-time purchases unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Vendor marketplace plans may be recurring subscriptions.

Which countries are currently supported for vendor listings?

The vendor marketplace currently accepts and displays businesses located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland. Vendor businesses in other countries cannot create or claim listings yet. Other Countries Coming Soon. This does not restrict planners: planner accounts and planning tools remain international.

How do vendor plans work?

Basic is free and has no paid billing cycle. When you first subscribe to Advanced or Premium, Stripe charges the monthly subscription price, subject to applicable discounts and taxes. Your paid billing cycle begins with that subscription and renews monthly—not every 30 days. Current prices and included features are shown in Plan & Billing before a vendor subscribes or changes plans.

How do I create a vendor account?

Go to Create Account, select Vendor, and create your account. Email signups must verify the account email before creating or claiming a listing. Google signup may satisfy this requirement when Google confirms the email as verified. After email verification, create a free Basic listing or claim an existing listing and manage it from the Vendor Dashboard.

Does My Celebration Plan verify businesses?

No. At this stage, My Celebration Plan verifies control of a vendor account email and may confirm ownership when a vendor claims an existing directory listing, but it does not separately verify, certify, license-check or endorse the business itself.

What can vendors manage from the Vendor Dashboard?

Depending on the active marketplace plan, vendors can manage their business profile, leads and inquiries, quotes, bookings, notifications, and vendor plan and subscription settings from the frontend Vendor Dashboard.

Can a vendor upgrade, downgrade or cancel a marketplace plan?

Yes, at any time from Plan & Billing. An upgrade from Advanced to Premium takes effect immediately. Stripe immediately invoices the prorated difference between the plans for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Your existing renewal date remains unchanged. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your current paid features remain available until then. Paid vendor subscription charges are non-refundable, including unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law.

How do vendors receive leads?

Planners can send pricing and availability inquiries from a vendor profile. Participating vendors receive those inquiries in Leads & Quotes and may respond with a quote when their plan includes quote management.

Does paying for a vendor plan guarantee leads or bookings?

No. Paid plans provide marketplace features and visibility benefits described for that plan, but My Celebration Plan does not guarantee impressions, leads, quote acceptance, bookings, revenue, or a particular search position.

Can vendors use coupons or promotions?

When available, eligible vendor coupons or scheduled promotions may be applied to supported plans according to the terms shown during the plan change or checkout process.

Can vendors publish any photos or business information?

Vendors must own or have permission to use the content they publish and must keep listings accurate and lawful. Photo and service-area limits depend on the active marketplace plan.

How should a vendor handle a quote accepted by a planner?

An accepted quote creates the marketplace booking workflow. Vendors and planners should still document any service-specific contract, deposit schedule, cancellation terms, licensing, insurance, taxes, and other requirements that apply to the engagement.

Does My Celebration Plan recommend or guarantee vendors?

No. Marketplace listings and paid placement help planners discover businesses but are not a guarantee or endorsement of a vendor’s availability, quality, licensing, insurance or performance. Planners should perform their own due diligence.

How do inquiries, quotes and bookings work?

A planner can send an inquiry to a participating vendor. The vendor may respond with a quote. The planner can review and accept or decline the quote. Acceptance records the marketplace booking workflow; planners and vendors remain responsible for any separate service contract and payment terms.

How are planner purchases handled?

Planner products are generally one-time purchases. After a successful Stripe checkout, the Platform automatically records the payment, grants the purchased entitlement, updates purchase history and sends a transaction confirmation email. Failed, expired or refunded Stripe transactions are also synchronized through webhook events when configured.

How are payments handled?

Eligible My Celebration Plan purchases and vendor marketplace subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payments for services booked with marketplace vendors are made directly between the planner and the vendor; My Celebration Plan does not collect or hold those vendor-service payments. Payment details and applicable terms for My Celebration Plan purchases or subscriptions are shown during checkout.

Can I change my privacy or cookie choices?

Yes. Where optional cookies or similar technologies are used, the site provides controls for applicable consent choices. Privacy rights may also be requested as described in our Privacy Policy.
