What we offer
Plan to Celebrate provides digital celebration-planning tools. Some tools (Budget Calculator, Guest List, Checklist, Countdown) are free to use without an account. Other tools require purchasing individual access, a celebration bundle, or an All-Access Pass, and require an account to save and access your data.
Accounts
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Purchases and pricing
Prices for individual tools, bundles, and the All-Access Pass are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future purchases — a completed purchase is honored at the price paid. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
Refunds
Because our tools are digital products that unlock immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a tool has been accessed. If you believe there’s been a billing error or technical issue preventing you from using a purchased tool, contact us at admin@mycelebrationplan.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access another user’s account or data, interfering with site operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
Any planning data you enter (guest lists, budgets, notes) belongs to you. We store and display it back to you as part of providing the service, and don’t claim ownership of it.
Disclaimer
Our tools are provided to help you organize your planning — we don’t guarantee vendor availability, pricing accuracy, or outcomes of your event. You’re responsible for verifying details with your actual vendors and venues.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SARAD RETAIL LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
