How it works

Enter your actual planning assumptions, review the estimate, and keep it current as plans change.

  1. Choose the celebration type and enter the adult and child guest counts.
  2. Enter Event duration in hours and choose the Conditions that best match the expected weather and setting.
  3. Click Update Estimate and review the non-alcoholic drink quantities. This calculator does not establish an alcohol order.
  4. Plan the drink mix and package sizes with your supplier, allowing for water access, refills and the venue’s service arrangements. Recalculate if the guest count, duration or conditions change.
  5. Use Print / Save PDF to open the PDF preview of the current estimate. Review the report, then choose Download PDF to keep a copy or Print for a paper copy.
  6. Use Save Progress to keep these inputs in your planner account and check for the success confirmation. Sign in or create an account if prompted; revisit Saved Progress in your Planner Dashboard to continue. Reset returns the calculator to its default inputs.
