How it works
Enter your actual planning assumptions, review the estimate, and keep it current as plans change.
- Choose the celebration type and count Households / couples sharing one invite as invitation units, not as individual people.
- Enter Guests receiving individual invites without counting anyone already included in a shared invitation.
- Set Extra / keepsake copies (%) and click Update Estimate to review the suggested order quantity.
- Compare the result with your mailing list and printer’s ordering requirements. Account for replacements and keepsakes before ordering, and update the estimate when invitation units change.
- Use Print / Save PDF to open the PDF preview of the current estimate. Review the report, then choose Download PDF to keep a copy or Print for a paper copy.
- Use Save Progress to keep these inputs in your planner account and check for the success confirmation. Sign in or create an account if prompted; revisit Saved Progress in your Planner Dashboard to continue. Reset returns the calculator to its default inputs.
