A short guide to using this printable.
- Start with the Party Games & Activities Snapshot to establish the guest mix, celebration style, available activity window, space and participation considerations.
- Use the Activity Selection Planner to compare possible games instead of automatically including activities that may not fit the guests, venue or schedule.
- Move the chosen activities into the Game & Activity Run Plan, assigning their order, timing, activity lead, location and setup requirements.
- Complete the Supplies, Equipment & Prep Checklist so materials and shared equipment are ready before guests arrive.
- Choose from the 10 included ready-to-use activities based on the group and celebration. You do not need to use every game.
- Print enough participant copies of the selected guest-facing activity sheets for the way each game will be played.
- Before the celebration, put the selected activities in run order and give any activity lead the appropriate pages and supplies.
- During the celebration, use the prepared activity sheets as written or select only the games that suit the group’s energy and available time.
