How it works

Build one connected budget: plan limits, record each commitment once, check cash before bills, and close out the final balance.

  1. Download the ZIP after purchase and print the US Letter or A4 PDF that matches your paper. Start with the dashboard to set the spending ceiling and contingency.
  2. Use the category plan to divide the available amount. Include dress and alteration costs there, then give every actual cost one ID in the Unified Expense & Payment Register.
  3. Enter each agreed total and payment in the register. Keep a quote separate until accepted; update the dashboard’s target, committed, paid, and unpaid figures from these pages.
  4. Record padrino and madrina offers by form and status. Count only received cash as available funds; treat direct vendor payments and in-kind items against their matching cost IDs.
  5. Use the Funding Bridge to compare money in hand with unpaid commitments. Name the owner and decision for each gap before taking on more expense.
  6. Compare true quote totals before deposits. Move accepted obligations into the register, then copy their due dates and payer into the Payment Due Calendar.
  7. Check cash timing by planning period. Review Quince-specific cost coverage and approve any reserve use or changed cost on the contingency page before updating the register.
  8. Follow up on promised contributions and hand a named helper the final-week payment list. After the celebration, reconcile every balance, refund, and thank-you on the closeout page.
