- Start with Design Your Sweet 16 Moment to choose the purpose, tone, participation style and boundaries for the candle or honor moment.
- Use The 16 Honors — Who & Why to select all 16 people, groups, memories, values or milestones before writing any dedications.
- Print Build Each Dedication as many times as needed and turn each selected honor into a short, specific dedication with its final call-forward or candle cue.
- Build the spoken ceremony in Candle Ceremony Script Builder, then coordinate music, candle actions, photo pauses and transitions in Ceremony Cue & Music Sheet.
- Transfer the finished sequence into Candle Ceremony Run of Show so the ceremony lead, mic owner, candle or prop lead, DJ and photographer can follow one event-day order.
- Prepare the Honoree Speech, Parent / Family Toast and Special People & Speaker Introductions, keeping each speaker’s wording and handoff clear and specific.
- Print Memory & Message Cards for guests, then use Memory Collection & Keepsake Plan to decide where cards are placed, collected, photographed, stored and given to the honoree.
