How it works

Enter your actual planning assumptions, review the estimate, and keep it current as plans change.

  1. Choose the celebration type and enter the number of guests who need seats.
  2. Select Table style. Standard styles use the displayed seat count; select Custom seating to enter your own Seats per table.
  3. Enter Extra empty seats to reserve and click Update Estimate.
  4. Review the table count, seating capacity and spare seats. Confirm real table dimensions, accessible seating and the venue layout before ordering; this estimate does not assign individual guests to tables.
  5. Use Print / Save PDF to open the PDF preview of the current estimate. Review the report, then choose Download PDF to keep a copy or Print for a paper copy.
  6. Use Save Progress to keep these inputs in your planner account and check for the success confirmation. Sign in or create an account if prompted; revisit Saved Progress in your Planner Dashboard to continue. Reset returns the calculator to its default inputs.
